Thomas M. Donahoo, Jr.
Thomas M. Donahoo, Jr. focuses on wills, trusts and estates. Tommy prepares wills and living trust documents, also handles estates and trust administrations, including the filing of estate, gift and income tax returns. A unique piece of his practice is assisting in establishing guardianships, qualified settlement trusts and special needs trusts for trial lawyers after settling personal injury claims. Tommy truly enjoys helping individuals establish and execute their estate plans. He has a unique ability to identify the client’s need and design the plan that is most appropriate for them and their family. He has had extensive experiences guiding clients late in life with their families through very difficult situations.

Prior to joining Donahoo & McMenamy in 1994, Tommy began his career in investments with the brokerage firm of Alex Brown & Sons, now UBS.

Community Involvement
He has served on various boards including, Episcopal School of Jacksonville, St John’s Cathedral Vestry, Cathedral Arts Project. He currently serves as a Trustee on the JT Townsend Foundation Board, Chairs the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Westside Chapter, serves on Cumberland Law School Advisory Board and is a Trustee for The Police and Fire Pension Fund, Jacksonville, Florida.

William B. McMenamy
William B. McMenamy is an attorney (J.D.) and a former practicing certified public accountant (CPA) and is board certified in taxation by the Florida Bar. Bill focuses on individual and fiduciary income, estate, gift and generation-skipping taxation, and represents clients before the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue. He has also lectured on estate planning and taxation topics to professional and public groups on many occasions.

Mary Claire Miller
Mary Claire Miller focuses on estate planning and real estate matters and transactions. She has represented many parties over the years in both residential and commercial real estate. Her experience in real estate provides support in the estate planning arena as to title vesting and ownership and assistance with closings for client owned or inherited real estate.

PREVIOUSLY
Prior to joining Donahoo & McMenamy in 2023, Mary Claire worked for a national title underwriter, managed a title company, and co-owned a private practice, all of which provided her with a vast range of experience in the real estate arena.

Mary Claire participates in the St. Mark’s Women’s Ministry Committee and the Episcopal Diocese of Florida as an adult volunteer for New Beginnings and Happening youth retreats. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor in Legal Writing at the Florida Coastal School of Law.

Michelle Medina
Michelle Medina primarily focuses on probate administration, guardianships and estate planning with a concentration on wills and advanced directives. She has dedicated her legal career to helping people navigate the sensitive topic of distribution of assets upon death as well as guiding families through the guardianship process whether it be due to age or incapacity.

No matter where her legal profession took her, the common denominator has been and remains her dedication and commitment to probate and guardianship practice.

Prior to joining Donahoo & McMenamy, Davis served as a Law Clerk for Jacksonville firms Nooney, Roberts, Hewett, & Nowicki and Bishop & Mills PLLC. Davis also served as Legislative Intern and State Affairs Committee Assistant with the Florida House of Representatives.

Community Involvement
A native of Ponte Vedra Beach, Davis is pleased to be back in the greater Jacksonville area, where he can regularly attend Jaguars games, enjoy the library and re-engage with family and friends. During his time in Tallahassee, he gained valuable insight into the inner workings of the State Legislature through an Other Personal Services (OPS) position with the State Affairs Committee and a Legislative Fellowship position with the Rules Committee.
