ABOUT MICHELLE

Michelle Medina focuses on estate planning, probate administration and guardianships.  She has dedicated her legal career to helping people navigate the sensitive topic of distribution of assets upon death as well as guiding families through the guardianship process whether it be due to age or incapacity.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Donahoo & McMenamy in 2021, Michelle has had a comprehensive legal career ranging from practicing as an Assistant Regional Counsel in the Mental Health Division for the Third District of the State of Florida to owning a private practice.  No matter where her legal profession took her, the common denominator has been and remains her dedication and commitment to probate and guardianship practice.
